Tours, Tastings & Tapas...

We have just released our tour, tasting and tapas dates for 2023.

We really enjoy showing people around our vineyard and discussing our rare regenerative viticulture, ethos and methodology. You will have a chance to ask Paul questions and pick his brain about all things viticulture and natural winemaking, then into the 'Black tin shed' our comfortable tasting room to taste the natural amphora wines we have available.

We offer tapas dishes thoughtfully curated to pair with the wines.

The tapas dishes are created by Jemma and inspired by our time in Spain and the abundance of top quality produce available locally.

Some of this is from our garden, local cheesemakers, local growers or small producers.

This is not a set menu and dishes change regularly

Whilst you enjoy your tapas we will guide you through a more mindful tasting of these natural wines of Wales.
