Tours, Tastings & Tapas...

.

"One of the very best vineyard food and wine pairings I have experienced."

Fiona Beckett. Food pairing consultant and writer for The Times, The Guardian and National Geographic.

"Amazing experience! Thought provoking and some of the best food we have eaten in Wales, beautifully prepared and paired deliciously with the natural wine.  Highly recommended."

We really enjoy showing people around our vineyard and discussing our rare regenerative viticulture, ethos and methodology. You will have a chance to ask Paul questions and pick his brain about all things viticulture and natural winemaking, then into the 'Black tin shed' our comfortable tasting room to taste the natural wines of Wales we have available.

We offer tapas dishes thoughtfully curated to pair with the wines.

The tapas dishes are created by Jemma and inspired by our time in Spain and the abundance of top quality produce available locally.

Some of this is from our garden, local growers or small producers.

Whilst you enjoy your tapas we will guide you through a more mindful tasting of these natural wines of Wales and explore the exciting sensations created by different dishes on the palette with our wines.
