We are really pleased to announce that the 2025 Tour Tasting and Tapas vouchers are now available to purchase. These make the ideal gift for quality food and wine lovers.
For 2025 we shall be tasting our latest vintage release the 2023 Amphora wines. These are a Natural Amphora Solaris and a Natural Amphora Rondo Rosado.
Jemma will be creating a tapas food pairing menu to allow the wine and food combination to fully express itself on your palette.
The tours, tasting and tapas events will run weekly on a Saturdays from the end of April through to the end of September 2025.

We have now sold out of our last release the excellent Tiriol Natural Field Blend 2022.
However we are very excited to be able to say that we will shortly be releasing two new wines from our 2023 vintage.
A return to the tinajas (amphora) for our white grape Solaris means that we shall be releasing a Natural Amphora Solaris 2023. We are incredibly pleased to say that this is a zero-zero wine.
This white wine is made solely from grapes from our Welsh non intervention, regenerative vineyard. One which works in balance with nature, without any outside inputs, emphasising the importance of whole farm system from soil to fruit.
Our vineyard has never been treated with any synthetic chemicals, we continue this in the winery, with natural spontaneous fermentation, unblocked malo-lactic fermentation and gravity led clarification without filtration.
No additions were made to the grapes or wine at anytime.
A perfectly natural and pure interpretation of the 2022-23 terroir which our vines lived in for that season. Offering an unadulterated taste of place.
Along side the Natural Amphora Solaris will be our Natural Amphora Rondo Rosado. A natural rose style wine made from our Rondo grapes.
Again with allowed natural spontaneous fermentation, unblocked malo-lactic fermentation and gravity led clarification without filtration.
No additions were made to the grapes or wine at anytime during fermentation and clarification. A micro dose of sulphur was added just before bottling.
